Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to enhance system performance and functionality while adapting to evolving project needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project goals.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process and technology enhancements.

Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platform architecture and customization.

Experience with integrating third-party services and APIs within commerce solutions.

Familiarity with front-end and back-end development practices related to commerce platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex software environments.

Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

This position is based at our Manila office.
