Are you an enthusiastic Salesforce professional who speaks both business and tech We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to help drive our system capabilities forward!
In this role, you will be the critical link between our business stakeholders and technical teams, taking ownership of everything from large-scale internal projects to day-to-day Business as Usual (BAU) requests.
What You Will Do:
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, securing stakeholder sign-off, writing test scripts, conducting user training, and providing post-deployment support.
- Bridge the Gap: Partner closely with our internal technical teams (designers, developers, and architects) to deliver robust solutions for both projects and BAU requests.
- Champion Governance: Ensure all deliveries are executed seamlessly and in strict alignment with the company's development, change, and release processes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify system gaps and recommend improvements to optimize workflows and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements & Backlog Management: Lead proactive requirements-gathering sessions, successfully translating complex stakeholder needs into clear use cases, user stories, and actionable backlog items.
- Process Mapping: Map, analyze, and document end-to-end As-Is and To-Be business processes to drive system optimization.
- Global Alignment & Sign-Off: Navigate complex, region-specific requirements while assessing their impact on the global organizational structure. Drive consensus and secure formal business sign-off.
- Project Health & Escalation: Monitor project progress, proactively troubleshoot roadblocks, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership to ensure swift, effective decision-making.
- Agile Readiness: Validate all functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring rock-solid acceptance criteria are defined prior to sprint planning.
- UAT Leadership: Organize and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Write comprehensive test cases for business users and secure global approvals before giving the green light for deployment.
- Seamless Transitions: Champion the shift from active project phases into Business as Usual (BAU), leveraging a strong grasp of release processes and change management best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate robust communication channels, building both formal and informal relationships across departments.
Requirements:
Core Qualifications (The Must-Haves)
- Solid BA Foundation: 3+ years of overall Business Analysis experience, with at least 1+ year specifically dedicated to Salesforce (or a highly similar CRM ecosystem).
- End-to-End Delivery: A proven track record of driving the complete project lifecycle within a structured, Agile/Scrum framework.
- Systems & Architecture: Practical experience handling integrations and interfaces between multiple systems, encompassing both on-premise and SaaS solutions.
- Technical Fluency: A working knowledge of CI/CD deployment pipelines and proficiency with Agile management tools like Jira.
- Global Collaboration: Previous success working in dynamic environments that span multi-state locations and distributed time zones.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and process mapping tools like Visio.
