About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead the implementation of our Salesforce platform. This is a strategic role where you'll shape how our Bank leverages Salesforce technology while ensuring seamless integration with our core banking systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead Platform Strategy: Own the end-to-end design and implementation of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with the Bank's technical architecture and standards
• Drive System Integration: Architect and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, creating a unified technology landscape
• Accelerate Delivery: Implement Copado and design CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and significantly reduce time-to-market
• Design Technical Solutions: Optimize our Salesforce data model, security framework, and custom solutions using both declarative tools and code (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
• Enable the Team: Lead technical design sessions, mentor junior developers and administrators, and establish best practices across the organization
• Bridge Business & Technology: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for executive stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate Strategically: Partner with vendor and delivery partner Architects to ensure technical solutions meet our strategic objectives
• Document & Guide: Create comprehensive technical specifications, architecture documentation, and user guides that enable cross-team success
• Stay Ahead: Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and technologies, recommending innovations that drive business value
