Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with strong Telecom domain experience to design and lead enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Must Have

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect / Technical Architect.
• Proven Telecom domain experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of OmniStudio, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Expert-level MuleSoft integration experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration architecture, data models, security, and Salesforce architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with telecom OSS/BSS and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Architect certifications / CTA.
• MuleSoft certification.
• Experience with large-scale telecom transformation programs.
