Job Description
As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead Salesforce architecture design and governance, delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions. You will define end-to-end platform architecture, guide complex multi-cloud implementations, and translate strategic business objectives into resilient technical designs that support long-term scalability and growth.

The Qualifications We Seek
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience on the Salesforce platform with Salesforce Architect experience
- Demonstrated Salesforce Architect experience, leading end-to-end system design, technical strategy, and architectural decision-making across complex implementations
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce core clouds and Life Sciences Cloud
- Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, security architecture, sharing models, automation frameworks, and data governance
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform APIs
- Proven experience designing scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven architectures
- Strong capability in architecting scalable data models, integration patterns, and long-term platform governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, and Azure DevOps
Preferred
- Experience with multi-org strategy, consolidation, or enterprise-scale implementations
- Exposure to Salesforce Industry Clouds or specialized clouds such as CPQ
- Background in enterprise or cloud architecture
- Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and identity management solutions
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect credentials
- Certifications across core Salesforce clouds

Your Daily Tasks
- Define scalable Salesforce architectures across Life Sciences Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and other platform capabilities
- Develop end-to-end solution designs including data models, integrations, security structures, and system interactions
- Establish architectural standards, guardrails, and best practices
- Lead integration design using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven frameworks
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security across all connected systems
- Oversee data governance, quality, and lifecycle management
- Guide developers, administrators, and consultants in implementing architectural blueprints
- Review technical designs, code, and configurations for platform alignment
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and architecture-related estimations
- Identify and resolve complex system issues with durable solutions
- Partner with business and IT leaders on technical strategy and roadmap development
- Communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging platform capabilities
- Recommend enhancements to improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience
- Mentor teams on tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns
