Position Overview
As the Salesforce Analyst, your role is primarily to support the sales team's reporting needs. This includes POS reporting, commission-related reporting, opportunity pipeline reporting and reporting to support changing business priorities. You will research data discrepancies and support making corrections to the reports and the underlying data. You will also be responsible for supporting users in Salesforce and helping to build out our Salesforce org. This includes building out reports and dashboards, training users, updating objects, managing permissions, troubleshooting errors and managing automations.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyst Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly POS reports for our vendors
- Research and resolve POS discrepancies
- Complete monthly and quarterly opportunity reports for our vendors
- Complete monthly and quarterly reports for sales compensation
- Manage internal opportunity payouts (TGOs)
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect incentive payouts for our sales team
- Ensure data is captured in Salesforce and aligned across organizations
- Sales data enrichment projects
- Resolve data inconsistencies within Salesforce
- Create, update and troubleshoot PowerBI reports and dashboards
- Other duties as assigned
Salesforce Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with Salesforce questions
- Support users Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Territory Planning & Maps
- Build out reports and dashboards
- Support the sales team with reports pertaining to opportunities, sales, contacts, accounts, etc
- Use Salesforce Data Loader to insert, update and delete records
- On/off-board users
- Train users on how to effectively use Salesforce
- Update picklist values and add new fields to objects
- Create and troubleshoot flows
- Manage user permissions
- Manage projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of analytical experience in a business, sales, or operations environment
- 2–4 years of Salesforce user or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for analytical applications
- Experience supporting a sales organization or sales operations function
- Willingness to work primarily during Mountain Standard Time (US) business hours to support Krayden's headquarters in Denver, Colorado.
- Willingness to work onsite at Krayden's Global Delivery Center in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is a preference
- 1–2 years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or related certifications
- NetSuite experience is a preference
