We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Agenforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and a passion for delivering innovative CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom applications, components, and integrations using Salesforce Agenforce.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across Salesforce environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and usability.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
Technical Skills
- Salesforce Agentforce build — agent configuration, agent actions, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI feature integration, multi-agent orchestration basics
- Apex & LWC — custom logic, triggers, lightning components; deep Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data model knowledge
- Agent lifecycle management — QA frameworks, evaluation harnesses, lifecycle runbooks, regression suites, version control discipline
- API integration from agents — REST/GraphQL calls from agent actions; named credentials, connected apps, robust error handling
- DevOps on Salesforce — Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, release governance, rollback planning
- Agent mesh awareness — understands how multiple agents collaborate; able to implement agent-to-agent handoff patterns as platform matures
- Security best practices — least-privilege design, field-level security, agent permission scoping, audit trail preservation
Soft Skills & Experience
- Test-first discipline — writes test classes and evaluation suites before declaring features done; zero-defect mindset
- Raises blockers early — surfaces data quality issues, integration gaps or platform limitations before they delay sprints
- 3–5 years — Salesforce development; at least one Agentforce or Einstein Copilot production delivery required
