Job Description
Salesforce Administrator (Application Support) | Onsite – Manila, Philippines
We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a telecom industry project based in Manila.
Job Details:
- Position: Salesforce Administrator (Application Support)
- Location: Manila, Philippines (Full onsite)
- Shift: Dayshift
- Salary: 130,000 – 150,000 PHP (may be adjusted based on experience and evaluation)
- Work Setup: Onsite, flexible work arrangement may be considered after initial on-site period
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Provide application support and handle incident resolution
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Support enhancements and ongoing system improvements
- Work with business users to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Manage configuration such as flows, validation rules, fields, page layouts, and security settings
- Support integration and system maintenance activities
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator or Application Support
- Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, support, and maintenance
- Knowledge of OmniStudio / Vlocity and Communications Cloud is an advantage
- Strong experience in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Exposure to telecom industry projects is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
