The Sales Training Specialist will be part of the Sales Development Team of Shang Properties, Inc., and will handle mainly training and engagement activities.
Training
- Conducts the following training programs:
- Onboarding training for new seller applicants
- Product Knowledge Training Programs
- Developmental Training Programs
- Accreditation Training for Real Estate Brokers
- Corporate Presentations
- Creates customized training programs based on sales team needs
Engagement
- Conceptualization and execution of seller engagement events (online and offline)
- Conceptualization and creation of sellers incentive programs
- Management and enforcement of social media guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferably graduates of BSBA, HRDM, Marketing, Psychology, Mass Communications, BS REM, but other courses are welcome to apply
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Training
- Real Estate knowledge is preferred but is not required
- Tech-savvy
