Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Training Specialist to deliver sales education, agent coaching, and engagement programs on the call center floor. This role focuses on teaching agents how to sell effectively, motivating them to perform, and creating energy through hands-on floor presence.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver sales coaching and training to call center agents
  • Facilitate huddles, floor sessions, and onboarding support
  • Lead focus hours, sales pushes, and incentive activities to drive engagement
  • Reinforce best practices and help agents apply techniques effectively
  • Support skill-building and knowledge transfer without taking customer calls
  • Act as the eyes and ears on the floor, providing feedback and insights to leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 35 years in a call center environment, ideally with training, coaching, or sales enablement experience
  • Experience with incentives or recognition programs is a plus
  • Confident, outgoing, and energetic, comfortable engaging large groups
  • Strong ability to teach, influence, and motivate without direct management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Setup & Schedule

  • 4 days onsite / 1 day work from home
  • Night shift: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM
