Job Summary: The Sales Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and engagement programs that develop the competencies of real estate sellers, leaders, and sales teams. The role ensures that training initiatives are aligned with business objectives to improve conversion rates, productivity, seller retention, and overall sales performance.
This position also leads sales engagement initiatives that strengthen seller motivation, participation, morale, and overall involvement in company programs and campaigns.

gSales Engagement & Strategic Initiative
- sConceptualize and execute sales engagement programs that increase seller participation, productivity, and moral
- eLead large-scale initiatives such as onboarding weeks, sales rallies, and capability-building event
- sDevelop leadership pathways for team leaders and sales manager
- sCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align training initiatives with company goals and campaign
