Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sales Training Content Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-impact training materials that support the salesforce in achieving business goals. This role ensures that all content is aligned with DITO's sales strategies, product offerings, and customer experience standards. The developer collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and marketing teams to produce engaging, accurate, and scalable learning assets for various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Design & Development

  • Create and update training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and systems use.
  • Develop multimedia learning assets: presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.
  • Ensure content is tailored to different sales channels (retail, corporate, online, prepaid/postpaid).
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

2. Collaboration & Research

  • Work with SMEs, product teams, and marketing to gather accurate and timely information.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and competitor training approaches.
  • Participate in training needs analysis to identify content gaps.

3. Quality Assurance & Version Control

  • Review and revise content based on feedback, performance data, and business updates.
  • Maintain a version-controlled repository of all training materials.
  • Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, legal standards, and data privacy policies.

4. LMS Integration & Content Upload

  • Format and upload content into the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure compatibility with digital platforms and mobile devices.
  • Tag and categorize content for easy access and tracking.

5. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze post-training feedback and performance metrics to improve content.
  • Support trainers with content customization based on learner profiles and regional needs.
  • Recommend enhancements to delivery formats and learning pathways.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or sales training.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and multimedia editing tools.
  • Strong writing, visual design, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and telecom industry is a plus.
