Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Trainer Consultant to design, implement, and evaluate sales training programs that enhance the capabilities and performance of our sales team. This role operates at a managerial level, providing strategic direction and hands-on training expertise on a project or retainer basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales training strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs (e.g., sales techniques, negotiation, product knowledge, customer engagement)
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and performance reviews for sales teams and leaders
- Create training materials, modules, and evaluation tools
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training initiatives with revenue goals
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales managers and team members
- Recommend improvements to sales processes and performance frameworks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong background in sales strategy, performance management, and adult learning principles
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a consulting capacity
- Experience in designing scalable training programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Engagement Requirements:
- Must operate as an independent contractor (non-employee)
- Must be able to issue official BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) service invoices
- Responsible for own taxes, government contributions, and compliance
- Must provide own tools, equipment, and training materials unless otherwise agreed
