Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Training & Capability Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective execution and quality implementation of skills and competency development programs across the salesforce. The role leads the field implementation and monitoring of technical, commercial and behavioral competency initiatives aligned with the GHC Skills/Capability Framework to strengthen field readiness, coaching effectiveness, and overall sales execution.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver and facilitate training programs to strengthen salesforce skills and commercial capabilities
  • Lead onboarding and Individual Training Programs (ITPs) to ensure new hire field readiness
  • Conduct field immersions and coaching sessions to identify gaps and drive performance improvement
  • Implement and oversee the Field Coaching Report (FCR) process
  • Coach and develop ASMs, NSMs, and field teams to enhance leadership and execution
  • Drive consistent adoption of coaching standards, tools, and commercial excellence processes
  • Monitor training effectiveness, coaching quality, and field execution performance
  • Track and report on salesforce capability development and readiness
  • Manage LMS content, including training modules, materials, and assessments
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and continuously improve programs based on field insights
  • Work with internal stakeholders on delivering capable salesforce,

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a four (4) year course, preferably a Science-related course
  • Willing to do 70% field work on a nationwide level 
  • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, preferably w/ sales leadership, people management and/or marketing experience.
  • 3+ years training or teaching-related experience, including knowledge of adult learning principles and experience.
