We are hiring for TWO distinct roles based fully onsite in our BGC, Taguig office. Both roles require a full flexibility for shifting schedules (Day & Night shifts) to support our global clients.

1. Sales Trainer
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-impact onboarding and product training for new hire classes.
- Conduct upskilling workshops focusing on sales psychology, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Provide real-time coaching during the nesting phase to ensure agents smash their KPIs upon hit-the-floor.
- Partner with QA and Ops to identify performance gaps and run targeted refresher sessions.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer
- Deep understanding of outbound/inbound sales methodologies.
- Amenable to a shifting schedule (Day/Night) and 100% onsite work in BGC, Taguig.
2. Training Team Lead
What You'll Do
- Oversee, coach, and evaluate a team of Sales Trainers, fostering their professional growth.
- Align training strategies with campaign KPIs, ensuring modules are sharp, modern, and effective.
- Analyze training metrics, graduation rates, and post-training performance to continuously improve training outcomes.
- Calibrate regularly with Operations, QA, and Clients to ensure seamless execution of training timelines.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Training Team Lead or Supervisor in a BPO environment (Sales campaign experience is highly preferred).
- Proven track record of managing team performance and meeting client deliverables.
- Amenable to a shifting schedule (Day/Night) and 100% onsite work in BGC, Taguig.
