Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance skills in B2C sales, inside sales, outbound sales, and telesales.
- Develop customized training materials, presentations, and modules tailored to the specific needs of each team.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members, providing performance feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistent training delivery and standards across multiple locations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
