About the Role
The key objective of this role is to facilitate onboarding Sales Training initiatives.
What you'll Do
- Execute training courses
- Tasting of sales forces performance and analysis of results to identify areas for improvement or re-training
- Initiate action steps to improve sales staff performance
- Supporting of quality control of sales staff performance
Qualifig>cations
- Knowledge in conducting training needs analysis and diagnosis
- At least 6 months experience in adult training/teaching or similar position
- Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Tagalog
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word & MS Publisher)
- Strong interpersonal skills
