Job Description

About The Job

The key objective of this role is to Facilitate onboarding Sales Training initiatives for hiring purposes and to cascade important and urgent information to the Sales Network in terms of changes and updates in the sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Execute training courses
  • Testing of sales forces performance and analysis of results to identify areas for improvement or re-training
  • Initiate action steps to improve sales staff performance
  • Coaching (train on the job) sales staff
  • Supporting of quality control of sales staff performance
  • Ensure ongoing improvement and developing of training process through basic training facilitation and non-traditional methods (E-learning, video training, etc.)

What You Need To Have

  • Knowledge in conducting training needs analysis and diagnosis
  • At least 6 months experience of work experience in adult training/teaching or in similar position
  • Impressive presentation and communication skills in both English and Tagalog (or native language): A sales trainer will act as a communication specialist. Timely and professional output of process/policy updates or documentation is part of the job.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word (MS Publisher is a plus)
  • Communicative – knows how to utilize various lines of communication not only to bring his/her point across, but to ensure that all tasks are clear and responsibilities are clearly delineated
  • Strong interpersonal skills (constant coordination with various departments)
