Job Description

I. Core Job Responsibilities

Training Needs and Planning

  • Conduct research on the weaknesses of the sales team, performance bottlenecks, and issues related to new employee integration.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales training plans and budgets.

Course Development and Presentation

  • Develop sales-related courses, including product knowledge, sales processes, communication skills, negotiation techniques, customer follow-up, and closing techniques.
  • Create PPTs, communication scripts, case studies, assessment questions, learning manuals, and other training materials.

Training Organization and Execution

  • Be responsible for new employee orientation training, on-the-job improvement training, sales skills training camps, and regional training.
  • Organize online and offline teaching sessions, role-playing, practical exercises, and case discussions.
  • Supervise, guide, and implement training programs.

Coaching and Performance Support

  • Follow up on the growth of new employees through one-on-one guidance, on-site coaching, and accompanied visits for review.
  • Extract excellent sales experiences and replicate and promote benchmarking methods.

Training Effectiveness Evaluation and Optimization

  • Establish a training assessment mechanism and track examination results, mastery levels, and behavioral changes.
  • Review training effectiveness and continuously optimize course content, format, and training pace.

System Construction and Data Management

  • Build sales capability models, career training systems, and learning growth paths.
  • Collect and analyze training data, including number of participants, class hours, coverage rate, conversion rate, and satisfaction levels.

Culture and System Implementation

  • Promote the companys sales culture, service philosophy, behavioral norms, and management systems.

II. Qualifications Required

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or internal training.
  • Ability to develop courses, conduct training, provide on-site coaching, and perform reviews.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, communication skills, and customer management logic.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PPT creation and presentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; responsible, highly execution-driven, and able to work under pressure.
