Job Description

Introduction

ACMobility is looking for a Sales Trainer (Soft Skills) to support BYD's dealer network, focusing on strengthening sales capability for electric and hybrid vehicles. This role is responsible for the development, deployment, and management of sales soft skills training and certification programs for Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.

The Sales Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring dealer certification targets are met, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting consistent, highquality sales execution across the network through structured training initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Course Development

  • Develop and enhance strategic and tactical sales soft skills training and certification programs
  • Design rolespecific training programs for Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
  • Ensure training content supports product selling, customer experience standards, and dealer needs
  • Track the number of developed or enhanced training programs implemented versus targets

Training Program Delivery

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly delivery of sales soft skills training programs across the dealer network
  • Facilitate training programs such as the Sales Process, Online Selling, FB Boosting, and other tactical sales soft skills programs
  • Coordinate with dealer Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure high training participation
  • Monitor dealer training completion rates versus targets
  • Track number of trainings facilitated versus targets
  • Monitor actual versus target number of participants (Sales Consultants and Sales Managers)

Soft Skills Training Certification

  • Drive achievement of target soft skills certification levels across the dealer network
  • Monitor and manage certification levels for:
    • General Training Program (Sales Consultants & Sales Managers)
    • Essential Training Program (Sales Consultants & Sales Managers)
    • Expert Level Training (Sales Consultants)
    • Online Selling / FB Boosting Certification
  • Coordinate with dealers to address certification gaps and improve overall sales readiness

Reports and Records Management

  • Create, consolidate, and maintain sales training reports, records, and analysis
  • Prepare reports on Sales Manager and Sales Consultant training status
  • Maintain Sales Consultant records in DDMS, including approvals, resets, and withdrawals
  • Conduct sales training analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Background or experience in automotive sales is an advantage
  • Experience in sales training, facilitation, or dealer network development is preferred
  • Basic understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle customer selling concepts is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple training programs
  • Comfortable working with reports, training systems, and performance metrics
  • Willingness to travel and work closely with dealer networks
