Sales Trainee

Role Description

The Sales Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role supports the sales team in identifying prospective clients, preparing presentations, and assisting with client meetings and follow-ups. The Sales Trainee helps respond to inquiries, provides product information, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely delivery of services. The position includes learning and applying the company's sales processes, participating in product and sales training, maintaining sales records, and supporting account management activities. The role is designed to develop skills for a future career in professional sales within the premium construction and design industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, relationship building, and client satisfaction.
• Foundational Sales skills, with an interest in learning consultative and solution-based selling.
• Ability to participate in Training programs and apply new knowledge to day-to-day sales activities.
• Exposure to or interest in Sales Management concepts, such as pipeline tracking and basic reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Willingness to learn about technical product features in construction, design, or related industries.
