Role Summary:

The Sales Tool Coordinator serves as the primary coordinator for Xerox's Global Marketing PMO, overseeing the day-to-day management of more than 10 global sales tools. The role ensures seamless coordination between Portfolio Marketing, PMO, R&D, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to maintain accurate sales content, optimize vendor performance, and improve operational efficiency. This position requires strong project coordination, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting capabilities while supporting sales enablement initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities across more than 10 global sales tools.
  • Manage relationships with external sales tool vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, renewals, and contract compliance.
  • Coordinate weekly vendor meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Act as liaison between vendors and Procurement, IT, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Ensure sales content remains accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Coordinate content review schedules and updates.
  • Review reports and dashboards to monitor sales tool usage and adoption.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare performance reports for Marketing PMO leadership.
  • Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate vendor technical activities aligned with business priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in:
    • Project coordination
    • Marketing Operations
    • Vendor Management
    • Sales Operations
    • Related business support functions
