Sales Team Leader

Job Description

Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving daily sales execution and team productivity by leading, coaching, and supervising Inside Sales Representatives. This role ensures consistent KPI achievement, quality standards, and adherence to sales processes while serving as the first level of people leadership.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to acquire or support new accounts
• Drive daily and weekly sales targets through effective supervision and coaching
• Monitor individual KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure consistent execution of sales playbooks and quality standards
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins
• Support skill development through call reviews, feedback, and on-the-job coaching
• Escalate performance risks appropriately with clear documentation
• Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and reporting compliance
• Identify recurring execution issues and recommend improvements to management
• Coordinate schedules and coverage to meet business needs
• Act as the primary escalation point for day-to-day execution issues
• Partner with Sales Manager and cross-functional teams on operational alignment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of B2B inside sales experience
• 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to influence
• decision-making and drive sales performance
• Adaptable and confident in managing client and team interactions in a fast-paced
• environment
• Willingness to work onsite during US EST business hours
• Experience leading high-volume sales teams
• CRM proficiency and reporting experience

Work Schedule:Full-Time Onsite

Shift Schedule:Flexible Graveyard Shift (9PM-6AM / 10PM-7AM / 11PM-8AM)
