I. Job Purpose:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving sales performance, managing and motivating a team of sales agents, and ensuring the growth of the subscriber base for Bida Fiber. This role involves strategic planning, recruitment, training, sales execution across online and field channels, customer engagement, and ensuring high-quality sales results in assigned territories.
II. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents to build a high-performing team.
Conduct regular team huddles, performance evaluations, and on-ground sales supervision.
Provide mentoring and upskilling to improve team competencies in both field and online selling.
Sales Execution and Performance
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet subscriber acquisition goals.
Drive sales through field activities (house-to-house campaigns, booths, community events) and online channels (social media, e-commerce platforms, lead generation tools)
Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Conduct fieldwork and oversee online sales campaigns to ensure consistent results.
Market and Territory Management
Identify high-potential areas and optimize target locations in coordination with the network team.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Build strong community connections with barangays, subdivisions, property managers, and local partners.
Customer Relationship and Service
Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to installation.
Address escalations, customer feedback, and service concerns in coordination with relevant teams.
Uphold brand image and represent Bida Fiber powered by Converge professionally in the field and online.
Compliance and Administration
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical selling practices.
Oversee proper documentation such as application forms, requirements, and monitoring updates.
Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Other Task
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Operations Manager.
III. Required Qualification and Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
At least 13 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or digital communications.
Experience in telecommunications, ISP, or FMCG field.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Goal-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
