Job Summary
A Sales Team Leader (Assistant Manager) supervises and provides clear guidance and direction to a group of Forex Account Officers (FAOs). They motivate, manage, and assist team members to achieve sales and metric goals.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
- Assist with sales strategy development and implementation. This includes developing strategic sales plans that expands customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
Target Setting
- A TL sets daily/weekly/monthly sales goals for his team. Determine and provide a clear target for the team and it's members.
Performance Monitoring
- Prepares and delivers sales reports to management. Also report on team member performance and mission related objectives.
- Monitor team performance and weekly tasks through a weekly huddle.
People Management
- Coaching and mentoring
- Conducts objective setting and regular performance evaluation to determine opportunities and skills that need to be developed by the team member.
- Motivate the FAOs to achieve their goal.
- Provides clear guidance and direction to team members.
Sales Development
- Assist FAOs in closing key clients
- Generate prospective leads for the assigned team
- Support validation of transactions
- Assist team members in account management.
Problem Solving
- Handles escalation and troubleshoot resolution to client's concern.
Others
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
- Education. Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
- Experience. Relative experience in Corporate Sales for Forex and International Business Payments or Banking Industry; preferably 3-4 Yrs Experienced Sales - Corporate or equivalent; With successful people management experience;
- Skills. Presentations and demonstrations, account acquisition, account client management, sales training, marketing activities coordination, and documentation.
