Sales Support Virtual Assistant (SaaS Sales)

Work Type: Full-Time, Contractor (40 hours/week)

Location: Remote Must be based in Metro Manila or other urban area with stable power/internet

Salary Range: $1,200$1,400 USD/month (depending on experience)

Working Hours: UK Hours 9am - 5pm , with flexibility to align with the Account Executive's calendar

We're currently hiring a Sales Support VA to partner with one of our Account Executives and keep them focused on closing high-value opportunities.

About the Role

This is not a general admin VA role - you'll be directly involved in the sales process, supporting an Account Executive by managing communications, qualifying leads, following up with trial users, and keeping the CRM and calendar on point.

You'll handle warm outreach (no cold calling), follow-ups, scheduling, and email responses. If you've worked with SaaS or B2B sales teams before and enjoy helping salespeople succeed, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to cold email replies from prospects
  • Lightly qualify leads by asking questions, handling objections, and booking discovery calls
  • Call trial users (3050 daily warm dials) to schedule onboarding or meetings
  • Schedule meetings using Google Calendar, Calendly, or other booking tools
  • Update and maintain deal flow inside the CRM
  • Monitor and respond to the Account Executive's inbox
  • Add new leads into email sequences and follow-up tools
  • Write clear, professional follow-up messages and suggest relevant resources
  • Triage support queries and escalate when needed following SOPs
  • Handling support tickets through the intercom help desk
  • What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years experience in a Sales Support, SDR, Sales Ops, or Sales VA role
    • Excellent spoken and written English professional, concise, and confident
    • Comfortable making warm calls to trial users or inbound leads
    • Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or other CRMs
    • Extremely organized, process-driven, and dependable
    • Based in Metro Manila or another urban area with reliable power and fast internet
    • Proficient with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Loom, Calendly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar tools
