We are seeking an experienced Sales Support professional to assist our US and Canada sales teams with the end-to-end sales support process, including inquiries, bookings, payments and customer support, while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and travel partners.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in travel and airlines sales and support.
- Strong understanding of travel operations, booking processes and customer service.
- Provide sales and operational support to US and Canada.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, and CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
- Willing to work in night shift schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from travel offices, agencies and business partners.
- Assist with new agent registrations, bookings, commission-related concerns, cases and other travel-related inquiries.
- Manage and support the end-to-end travel process, from booking creation and amendments through confirmation, payment and post-booking support.
- Review, update and maintain accurate booking and customer information in Salesforce.
- Utilize Amadeus and Sabre reservation systems to support booking, ticketing and other travel-related requirements.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Expedia products, services, booking processes and travel partner support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external travel partners to resolve booking, payment, commission, and account-related concerns.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
