We are hiring a Sales Support Specialist to join our pioneer team and support backend sales operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination across proposals, order processing, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals and sales collateral
- Process orders and support coordination across sales activities
- Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and tracking
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Experience in admin, sales support, or coordination roles
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
- Open to predominantly dayshift schedules
