Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Support Specialist to join our pioneer team and support backend sales operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination across proposals, order processing, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals and sales collateral
  • Process orders and support coordination across sales activities
  • Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and tracking
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in admin, sales support, or coordination roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
  • Open to predominantly dayshift schedules
