About the Role

QualityKiosk Technologies is looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our Philippines Sales Team and ensure smooth coordination across multiple accounts and internal functions. This role is critical in helping streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of all sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Operational Support

Assist the Sales Team in managing end-to-end support functions across multiple accounts.

Coordinate resource allocation requests and updates for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Review and validate proposals to ensure alignment with actual delivery capabilities, cost structures, and client requirements. Procurement & Billing Coordination

Process PRs, POs, and invoices in coordination with internal teams and client counterparts.

Monitor and follow up on billing schedules, PR/PO approvals, invoice releases, and payments.

Maintain accurate records of account statuses, procurement timelines, and billing progress. Support Management

Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Support functions.

Coordinate with clients on documentation, approvals, and operational requirements.

Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to avoid delays in workflow and revenue processes. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain sales documents, trackers, reports, and dashboards as needed.

Ensure compliance with internal processes, approval flows, and documentation standards.

Support management with timely insights and consolidated account updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.

13 years of hands-on experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, PMO support, or related roles (preferably in IT, Technology, or Professional Services).

Strong understanding of procurement workflows (PR/PO), billing, and invoice coordination.

Experience in proposal reviews, resource coordination, or project support is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
