• Support sales operations across multiple accounts in the Philippines, ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Delivery, Finance, and client teams.

• Manage resource allocation requests, track updates, and coordinate with delivery leads for confirmations.

• Review and validate proposals to ensure accuracy in scope, costing, timelines, and delivery inputs.

• Handle procurement workflows, including preparation and processing of PRs, POs, and related documentation.

• Coordinate billing and invoicing, including preparation of billing documents, follow-ups on PR/PO approvals, invoice release, and payment status.

• Maintain and update sales trackers, dashboards, reports, and documentation required by the sales and delivery teams.

• Conduct proactive follow-ups with internal stakeholders and clients on pending actions, approvals, and documentation.

• Assist in preparing presentations and client-facing materials for sales meetings and reviews.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes, approval flows, and documentation standards.

• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team to ensure efficient and organized operations.
