About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and consultative Sales Support Specialist to help generate qualified client opportunities. This role focuses on engaging senior decision-makers, clearly communicating marketing, creative, print, and digital signage capabilities, and converting outreach into meaningful client conversations and project opportunities.

The ideal candidate is confident speaking with executives, capable of understanding business challenges, and skilled at positioning creative and marketing services as practical, revenue-driving solutions. You will conduct outreach, lead discovery conversations, present service capabilities, and guide prospects toward qualified project opportunities.

This role requires a strong consultative sales mindset, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to independently lead introductory client discussions while coordinating with internal teams for complex opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
  • Engage Directors, VPs, and senior decision-makers to introduce service capabilities
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Contribute new prospect sources and outreach lists beyond company-provided leads

Consultative Sales & Client Engagement

  • Lead discovery conversations to identify business challenges and opportunities
  • Present marketing, creative, print, and digital signage capabilities to prospects
  • Communicate complex services in simple business value terms
  • Lead introductory and mid-level client meetings independently

Opportunity Development & Sales Support

  • Qualify project opportunities and escalate larger engagements to the internal team
  • Prepare preliminary quotes, scope summaries, and capability overviews
  • Present portfolio work, case studies, and service decks to prospective clients
  • Guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process toward project conversion

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Track outreach activities, meeting status, responses, and opportunity progress
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up timelines
  • Monitor quote status and ensure consistent client follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal teams on potential project opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • At least 2 years selling creative services, marketing services, print/production, agency services, or related solutions
  • Experience engaging and presenting to Director-level or executive-level decision makers
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting and cold outreach campaigns
  • Ability to independently lead sales conversations and discovery meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building approach with a consultative sales mindset

Technical & Platform Skills

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • CRM experience, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience leading presentations via Zoom or virtual meeting platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM/CMS systems and outreach tools
  • Experience with Trello or similar project management tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with email outreach tools such as Brevo is an advantage
