Job Description
- Provide end-to-end sales support to regional business development teams
- Coordinate quotations, tenders and sales-related documentation
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights
- Support distributor lifecycle management, including onboarding and performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Prepare sales reports, analyse data trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Support regional marketing initiatives including events, webinars and campaigns
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
- Experience in a sales support, coordination, or commercial operations role
- Prior exposure to medical devices or technical products is advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different regions
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
