Sales Specialist
Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team)

Help us keep sales opportunities moving. As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll support executives and leadership by maintaining an active sales pipeline, managing client and prospect communications, and ensuring every opportunity is followed up on with care and consistency.

What you'll do:
- Track, organize, and monitor sales leads and opportunities for executives and leadership teams.
- Ensure follow-ups are completed and deals continue progressing through the pipeline.
- Manage professional email communications with prospects and clients.
- Coordinate meetings, respond to inquiries, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
- Conduct regular check-ins with prospects and clients after meetings, proposals, or completed deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and future business opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize leads and keep sales activities aligned with business goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales trackers, and pipeline reports.
- Provide updates on lead progress, sales activities, and next steps.
- Assist with identifying potential business opportunities and supporting outreach efforts when needed.
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales support, account management, business development, client relations, or a similar role.
- Strong experience managing sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for professional email correspondence.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Confidence communicating with executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Experience using CRM tools, sales trackers, and spreadsheets.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to keep tasks moving with minimal supervision.
- Experience sourcing leads or independently developing sales opportunities is a plus, but not required.
