Accountabilities
Supports the customer facing organization (Business Development (BD)/Business Customer (BC)/ Operations/ CS/OCS Teams) by
Preparing quotations and bids
Coordinating and negotiating with ACC/OCC on Product rates and VAS on service tariffs
Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of sales leads
Supporting the customer contact by preparing documents as requested by customers within the prescribed timeline.
Providing customers with other information within the prescribed timeline.
Skills/ Qualifications
Broad understanding of the global forwarding industry and the DGF business models
Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent basic business skills
Experience with MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook experience with quotation tools preferred
