Organize accreditation of new clients in compliance with the company's regulatory requirements. Support BD Sales members and ensure compliance and adherence to set KPIs
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Customer Credit Line Application for new clients and credit line extension for existing clients.
- C-View (CRM) UmiD Creation; account verification and account transfer
- BIZAGI tool registration and enrollment of new clients
- Customer Contract and SOP recording and management
- Insurance rates and insurance booking
- Customer contracts review, process engagement and management
- Office Supplies, Business Cards and Transport Service requirement of BD Sales Members
- Any additional responsibilities as maybe required from time to time
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
- Experience working across the Air & Ocean and other products in the country
- Work with customers regularly and provide solutions to them
- Account Management and handling
- Knowledge of local and international logistics industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Abilitiy to influence and develop relatioships at local even in customer organizations
- Ability to develop highly collaborative and productive relationships internally
DESIRABLE:
- Entrepreneurial spirit in Air & Ocean
- Strong relationship with Customer Service Team and with Air & Ocean Operations Team
