About The Role
The
AL Sales Support Section Head handles a team of Sales Support Assistants undertaking post approval activities to ensure timely review and booking of approved auto loans in coordination with various Sales Channels, Branches, Dealers, RHMU, LDRU and CCLD, to achieve volume targets of Auto Loans.
How you'll contribute:
- Oversees a pool of Sales Support Assistants specifically handling an assigned Auto Loans Sales Channel.
- Coordinates with respective Sales Channel Team Heads, Dealers and Branches on requirement completion, booking status and projections.
- Handles complex accounts requiring approval escalation due to deviation or deferment of requirement based on Pre-booking guidelines.
- Reviews accounts and ensures timely issuance of PO/ATD/LOG considering completion of requirement and accuracy of information
- Tracks issued ATDs and LOGs to ensure timely booking of auto loan accounts.
- Assists the Team Leader in monitoring and reporting accounts in the pipeline to track account and actual loan booking.
- Tracks compliances of deferred documents based on commitment dates and requests for extension if necessary.
- Monitoring timely deposits of MCs representing loan proceeds and incentives.
- Projects related to process improvement and optimization
What we'll looking for:
- Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in managing AL documentation and legal aspects of documentation.
- Knowledgeable with credit, loan and regulatory related policies and guidelines.
- Detail oriented to fraud detection and signature verification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
