Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide support to Sales Team and Internal Partners by tracking sales leads, coordination and providing internal customer assistance. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the Sales Team as well as recording sales data and help internal partners resolve sales-related issues and concerns in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Salvage of untagged approvals for review and adjustments
  • Facilitates completion and flowing of incomplete applications
  • Maintains and updates preparation of reports required by Sales Teams, and Partner Channels
  • Prepares periodic reports for Sales monitoring and tactical programs (Turn ins, Approval & Booking reports)
  • Monitors Admin Support operational efficiency (Collected vs. Turn ins report), and other sales related reports
  • Assist Sales Support Manager and Team Lead in Compliance related reports (AER, RCSA, IAI, RCTC, etc)
  • In charge of Incentive Memo preparation
  • Support implementation of new processes, policies or system affecting sales operations
  • Maintain organized filing (mfile) for audit and compliance purposes
  • Escalate urgent or sensitive cases to immediate supervisor/SSM for quick resolution
  • Collates any adjustments and reconcile with official MIS
  • Quarterly monitoring of give away/token inventories maintained by Sales Custodians
  • Updates any changes in branches and other channels directory
  • Monitoring of various documents for approval (Compliance related reports, Incentive Memo, SOP, etc)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-yr course
  • Has at least two (2) years of work related experience in a financial Institution preferably from a credit card and or Quality department/division
  • Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
