Job Description

The Sales Support Officer is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the retail lending business by ensuring the timely processing and booking of loan accounts, review of loan documentation, approval of vehicle releases, and management of accreditation activities. The role supports business volume targets through efficient transaction processing, compliance monitoring, quality control, report generation, staff supervision, and cost management while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Major Responsibilities

  • Reviews and processes loan documents to ensure the timely booking of accounts and approval of vehicle releases.
  • Provides operational support by addressing inquiries and requirements from branches, dealers, clients, service providers, and other business partners.
  • Manages accreditation and renewal activities for service providers and dealership partners.
  • Monitors documentary deficiencies and compliance with internal controls, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generates and analyzes operational reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Oversees quality monitoring activities, including service provider performance, mortgage registration processes, and the timely dispatch of client loan documents.
  • Supervises Sales Support staff and assists the Market Head in ensuring the efficient delivery of operational and administrative functions.
  • Reviews billings, authorizes payments, and monitors expenses to support cost management and the achievement of departmental financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in Retail Lending, Banking Operations, Auto Loans, Consumer Lending, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of banking products, lending processes, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable team player with strong time management skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
