Job Summary:
- Champion Bancassurance activity and performance initiatives to enhance Financial Advisor (FA) productivity, drive adoption of key systems, and improve lead conversion rates through the development and execution of targeted programs in close collaboration with the sales leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Program Design & Execution - 1.) Initiate, co-develop and implemented targeted sales activity and performance management programs in partnership with Sales Leaders, and select Financial Advisors. 2.) Work closely with sales leaders to design and launch targeted campaigns and support initiatives that strengthen FA sales and activity performance and drive progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. 3.) Develop programs that reflect branch-level realties, FA feedback, and CRM insights.
- Data - Driven Strategy & Planning - 1.) Analyze CRM data, effective ratios, Bancassurance sales activity, branch partner referrals and lead progression. 2.) Translate insights into actionable strategies that influence program design and support sustainable growth in Bancassurance production.
- Communication & Alignment - 1.) Create and manage communication materials to promote existing programs. 2.) Develop and organize communication platforms (e.g. sharepoint sites, newsletters, campaign toolkits) to ensure consistent alignment across teams on program updates and initiatives.
- Program Management & Monitoring - 1.) Plan and manage program budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with BDO Life guidelines. 2.) Coordinate logistics and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality delivery and strong participation in workshops and training sessions. 3.) Track and measure program performance using KPIs such as leads per FA, case count, and FA activity ratios
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or any related field.
- At least three (2) years work experience in Bancassurance, Sales Enablement, Financial Services or related roles.
- Proven experience in performance management, program development and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with sales reporting tools and CRMs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and project management skills.
- Willing to work ONSITE and be assigned in Makati
