As our growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Sales Support Officer/Executive to support our expanding Sales team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of working experience in similar role. We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

In this role you will:

A. OrderManagement & Sales Operations

. Order Processing: Execute high-volume purchase order entry with a focus on speed and Accuracy.

. End-to-End Fulfilment: Manage order lifecycles from creation to warehouse release and final delivery, consistently meeting On-Time Delivery.

. Commercial Support: Generate quotations based on tiered price lists and special campaigns prepare technical documentation and status reports.

B. Customer Service & Logistics

. Primary Point of Contact: Resolve customer inquiries regarding product specs, pricing, and payment terms via multi-channel support.

. Supply Chain Coordination: Manage direct-to-customer shipments by coordinating with international suppliers and outbound logistics providers.

. Service Recovery: Proactively address delivery issues and complaints to maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores.

Qualifications & Requirements

. Minimum GCE O Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

. Computer skill such as MS Office.

. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
