The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Support / Inside Sales professional to join our high-performing team. This role sits at the heart of our Sydney growth engine, supporting inbound and outbound activity while building relationships with construction businesses across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inbound and outbound sales activity
- Lead generation and creation of prospecting lists
- Follow up warm prospects and maintain strong communication
- Assist with proposals, CRM management, and pipeline tracking
- Build relationships with builders and construction businesses
- Assist with onboarding clients, aligning expectations, and setting up for success.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales systems and processes
About You
- Confident communicator comfortable speaking with business owners
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated
- A go getter that can work independently
- Ambitious and career-driven
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems (Monday.com experience preferred)
- Eager to grow within a fast-scaling business
- Down to earth, with great interpersonal and communication skills
