The Role
The Sales Associate is a critical pre-sales support role within the commercial sales operation. Working closely with the Sales Team and Account Managers, you will provide high-level administrative, operational, and client-facing support to help keep the sales pipeline moving efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely client-focused. You will support the coordination layer of the sales process — from CRM management and proposal preparation through to campaign coordination, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipeline updates.
- Ensure client and opportunity data is current, organised, and audit-ready.
- Support Account Managers with reporting and activity tracking.
Proposals & Client Materials
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Draft professional communications, meeting agendas, and presentations.
- Assist with major submissions, reports, and supporting documentation.
Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate and manage commercial marketing campaigns.
- Support listing data entry and platform updates.
- Manage correspondence and assist with email coordination where required.
Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the Sales Team.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, events, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timelines and deliverables remain on track.
Reporting & Intelligence
- Produce reports and sales support materials.
- Compile activity summaries and pipeline updates for leadership.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify issues or opportunities.
Client Liaison
- Liaise directly with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Provide proactive communication support for the Sales Team.
- Handle administrative and operational support tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or coordination.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail across CRM management, reporting, and client communications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Confident communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Background in real estate, proptech, media, or related industries.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or sales teams.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
