Services include call, claim, and email handling, ticketing, and assistance via web and social media channels. The company operates six Customer Service Centers worldwide, with headquarters in Berlin, Germany, and a team of around 3,000 Customer Service Consultants serving customers in more than 26 languages, 24/7. Role Description The Sales Support Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Muntinlupa City. This role supports sales activities by handling customer inquiries related to tickets, bookings, rebookings, and fare information, and by processing sales-related requests accurately and efficiently. The consultant collaborates with customer service and sales operations teams to ensure smooth handling of reservations, changes, and after-sales support. Daily responsibilities include managing calls and emails, verifying customer data, providing clear and professional information on products and services, and identifying opportunities to promote suitable offers. The role also involves using internal systems to document interactions, monitor sales-related issues, and contribute to a high standard of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills to support booking, ticketing, and promotional activities in line with company procedures.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret information, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy in reservations and ticketing.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in airline, travel, or contact center environments is beneficial.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, reservation tools, and standard office software.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Completed secondary education; post-secondary studies in business, tourism, or related fields are an advantage.
