The
Sales Support Assistant performs post-approval and pre-booking support services to ensure that approved Auto Loan accounts are converted into actual loan bookings in coordination with Sales, Branches, Brokers, Dealers, LDRU, CCLD to achieve volume targets of Auto Loans Sales Channel.
How you'll contribute
- Receives signed loan documents and reviews completeness of requirements at PO/LOG and ATD Issuance and pre-booking stage.
- Coordinates with respective Sales Officers, Developers, Branches and clients on completion of documentary and collateral requirements.
- Secures approval for deferment and ensures compliance based on commitment dates.
- Requests for insurance coverage, appraisal and car history as necessary.
- Updates and maintains status of completion and booking of approved accounts.
- Preparation of Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangement (LRBA) to implement actual loan disbursement.
- Encodes payee details in Process Maker.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or in any related courses.
- Fresh Graduate / with at least less than 1 year of experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Work, and Powerpoint)
- Knowledgeable in Auto Loan products is an advantage
- Must have Interpersonal communication skills and customer relation skills
