The Sales Supervisor handles the total performance and daily management of the boutique and its entire operations at the highest efficiency level as to:

1. Meeting objectives on sales
2. Customer service
3. Merchandise stocking
4. Manpower
5. Follow – through on floor training

• Boutique Clearing
• Handles Sales and Customer Service
• Oversees Stock Replenishment, Inventory, Merchandise Delivery & Stock Transfers
• Handles Merchandise Display
• Coordinates with Merchandising on merchandise matters
• Handles finance-related activities
• Plans and prepares work schedule of team members. Coordinates with Human Resources Department on the needed manpower. Ensures discipline among sales team members.
• Becomes an extension and ensures follow – through on all trainings, seminars and orientation of different departments.
• Ensures that merchandise display is in order and makes every effort to improve display for purposes of better customer servicing / better sales turn-over / better merchandise control.
• Prepares necessary reports.
