Role Description

The Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in driving the success of the team and achieving company objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales excellence. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading the team in developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of targets. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field;
  • At least two years work experience in a similar role;
  • Can handle multiple projects simultaneously through effective task management;
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills;
  • Can conceptualize idea and execute campaigns timely and accurately; and
  • Knowledgeable in the world of marketing.
