Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Salt Provider Company in their search for a Sales Supervisor based in Pasay.

Salary Range: 40,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Pasay City

The role

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the salt industry. This role ensures effective sales operations, oversees daily activities, and drives strategies to grow business across retail, industrial, and wholesale channels.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, training, and guidance.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales staff.
  • Plan and assign daily workload, routes, and customer visits.

Sales Operations

  • Develop and execute sales plans and promotional strategies for various salt product lines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain engagement and identify growth opportunities.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track team KPIs, sales volumes, order fulfilment, and collection performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Implement corrective actions for underperforming areas.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
  • Support implementation of CRM tools and digital sales processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 35 years of sales experience; at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial products (salt industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
