Position: Sales Supervisor
Location: East Ortigas, Philippines (Retail Menswear Shop)
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Salary: PHP 30,000 35,000 (inclusive of performance-based commission)
Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset to ensure store success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily sales operations of the retail store
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets
- Train, coach, and supervise sales staff to improve productivity and customer service
- Maintain store inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data and prepare weekly performance reports
- Ensure excellent customer service and overall store experience
- Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in sales performance tracking and reporting is an advantage
Language Requirement
- Proficient in English and Filipino
