Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue generation and managing client relationships for the services of the Allied Services Group (ASG), including ready-mix concrete supply, equipment rental, and formworks systems.
The role focuses on identifying project opportunities, developing client networks, preparing proposals, and ensuring that customer requirements are effectively coordinated with operations. The Sales Supervisor ensures that service commitments are aligned with operational capacity and are delivered efficiently to support project timelines and client satisfaction.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of any four (4)-year course; Degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage; Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
Experience: At least 35 years of experience in sales, account management, or business
development; Experience in the construction industry, ready-mix concrete, equipment rental, or related field is an advantage; Exposure to project-based or B2B sales is preferred
