Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Online Transactions:
  • Manage Lazada, website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
  • Handle inquiries and process orders (quotation, packing, booking, delivery scheduling)
  • Address concerns regarding deliveries, payments, and refunds
  • Update website and sales platforms
  • Prepare payment requests for shipping accounts

Outlet & Account Transactions
  • Process purchase orders from supermarkets, hotels, and distributors
  • Coordinate with cold storage for stock and delivery
  • Monitor consignment client collections and follow-ups
  • Request EWT forms from clients

Sales Events
  • Assist in sales event preparation and customer support
  • Maintain event reports and inventory records

Marketing Support
  • Recommend promotions, assist in masterclasses
  • Update client database
  • Help prepare marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)
    Other Duties (Cigar Loun    ge/Others)
    • Assist walk-in clients and handle after-sales service
    • Perform additional tasks as needed
